Your Medicaid Specialist was absolutely terrific in that she knew overall and in detail the requirements of MassHealth, she was timely and thorough in working with us, she even started by coming to our house so that she/I could together go through the files/records that were needed for the MassHealth application.  She knew the timing and pace of submission, she kept the facility informed and also kept in touch with the case officer at MassHealth.  And most important of all, she was diligent, reliable, and knowledgeable.
