The owners and managing partners of ParentCareUSA are experienced Elder Law Attorneys.
We supervise and manage every aspect of the daily operations of ParentCareUSA to ensure that we provide the best service possible. As the challenges facing our elders and their families become increasingly complex, the benefits of steady stewardship provide a unique advantage to our clients. We pride ourselves on rising to the challenge with our outstanding staff of highly compassionate, motivated, and competent specialists. Our managing partners are members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA.
ANDREW G. CHRISTENSEN
Managing Partner
Andrew is an experienced elder law attorney who concentrates in estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs trusts, real estate transactions, and asset preservation. Andrew is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys "NAELA" as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys "MA NAELA." Andrew is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves in leadership capacities in various community organizations, such as Town of Marblehead Planning Board Member, Marblehead Rotary Club Member, and Anchor to Windward Board Member. Andrew is also a member of the Marblehead Rotary Club where he is a Paul Harris Award winner.
JOHN D. WELCH
Managing Partner
John is a dedicated and experienced Life Care Attorney. He has vast experience navigating difficult Elder, Family, Probate, and Fiduciary Law issues through his more than 35 year litigation practice. As a Life Care Attorney John handles and coordinates any manner of legal, care giving, or advocacy issue that may confront aging adults or their care givers. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys with a specific interest in the litigation issues relating to access to long term care and its alternatives. His years of experience as a litigator for the poor and disadvantaged have helped him to refine a unique style of compassionate and effective advocacy. John is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, Essex Bar Association, among others. John holds the prestigious designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), indicating his substantial experience and proficiency in elder law as recognized by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only national organization accredited by the American Bar Association to offer certification in this specialty area.
LISA DIONNE
Client Services Manager
Lisa has been with ParentCareUSA since 2010. As Client Services Manager, she is the primary liaison between the company and its valued clients and is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with. Lisa is known for her commitment to excellence in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients as well as nursing facilities. Lisa brings years of key experience to her role as Client Services Manager from prior positions in executive administration as well as Customer Service.

SUSAN HAMILTON
Case Manager
Susan has over thirty years of elder care experience. She has worked in assisted living facilities, nursing homes and private duty home health care. She has taken many continuing education courses with special emphasis in geriatric care management, dementia and other elder issues. She has been an outstanding advocate for our clients. Susan has been a key member of the ParentCareUSA geriatric care management team since 2005.
HEIDI GREENBAUM
Medicaid Specialist
Heidi has over thirty-five years of client service experience. She joined ParentCareUSA in 2012 and quickly established strong relationships with her clients and nursing homes. Heidi started her professional career as an Estate and Trusts Paralegal at law firms in upstate New York and Boston. She also was a Trust Officer in the private banking division of Bank of Boston (now Bank of America), specializing in settling Trusts and Estates.

ANDREA KALLIGHERI
Medicaid Specialist
Andrea has over twenty-eight years of client service experience. She joined ParentCareUSA in 2015 and has built strong relationships with her clients and nursing homes. Andrea began her professional career at Citizens Bank, where she specialized in client service and account reconciliation, gaining valuable knowledge in stocks, bonds, and various types of accounts.
She has been an analytical and dynamic Senior Paralegal with 15 years of experience in elder law, MassHealth, estate planning, probate, real estate, and administrative support. Andrea has also prepared and completed accounts filed with the Courts, bringing an accounting background to her legal work. She completed the Elder Care Coordinator course, further expanding her expertise in supporting families through complex elder care transitions.
Andrea has been a guest speaker at conferences for NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys) and Suffolk University Law School Center for Advanced Legal Studies, focusing on the Medicaid asset protection process.

ELAINE SCULLY
Medicaid Specialist
Elaine joined ParentCare USA in 2022. She has over twenty-five years of client service experience and has formed strong relationships with her clients and nursing homes. Elaine started her career as a Business Office Manager at a Nursing Home. It was in this role that she worked closely with residents and families on MassHealth Applications. Elaine works closely with clients to complete accurate and timely applications, resolve issues, and advocate for those in need of healthcare coverage. She provides support and guidance at every step of the Medicaid application journey.
STACEY DUPUIS
Medicaid Application Processor
Stacey has been with ParentCareUSA since 2020 and provides support to the Medicaid Specialists by assisting with MassHealth applications along with other administrative tasks. She began her career as Director at the Council on Elder Affairs in Chelsea. She later held positions in Marketing, Human Resources, and as an Executive Assistant. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Bridgewater State University.
