I am writing this letter with the hope that somehow my experience
with ParentCareUSA can be shared with anyone out there who may
ever be in need of assistance with the care or placement of
a loved one. Your personal sensitivity and extraordinary competence
in handling the arrangements of the care of my aunt was something
that is very difficult to verbalize and do justice to. Back
in March, when Aunt Thelma needed to be discharged from her
seven week hospital stay, and was declared incompetent to return
home without a guardian, I as her
only relative was faced with a frightening and huge responsibility.
It was even more complicated with my living in New York and
she in Massachusetts. I was blessed with your name for help
with this task, but never knew what a treasure I had really
been given. Our conversation helped to clearly explain my options
and you educated me well in the field of geriatric health care.
Your honest recommendations and your ability to cut through
red tape to expedite my aunt's safe transport were worth our
introduction. I knew I had met up with very special people.
It was your emotional support that cannot be measured or expressed.
Your kind words, your generous time on the phone and even your
sweet E-notes of encouragement never went unnoticed. These acts
of kindness beyond your ever so competent services are what
make you special."

If you hadn't been there for my family, I don't know what we
would have done after the crisis at Sunrise. You were there
for us at all hours of the day or night, even 1:00am! Your quality
control evaluations were a great help to us in finding the right
place in California for Mom. It was a great pleasure finally
meeting you in person after so many phone calls, and if you
hadn't been there that day, I don't know what I would have done
when my sister, Ann had her vertigo attack. You went above and
beyond the call of duty when you offered to take her to the
Lahey Clinic, canceling one of your own appointments to do it.
It is clear to me that you care more for the quality of the
service you provide and the results you get, more than any monetary
remuneration. I will certainly recommend you to any of my friends
facing the same situation."

I wanted to write and thank you so very much for you helping to
navigate us through a very emotional and difficult time. As
we shift roles from children to parents to caregivers of our
aging loved ones, we are faced with a myriad of decisions in
helping to transition them into the best care possible. You
helped us to establish legal guardianship and provided assistance
in negotiating the details of Ruby's successful transition into
the Boston Alzheimer's Center. ParentCareUSA's legal representation
was excellent and allowed us to move efficiently through the
courts. Thanks to you and your elderlaw attorneys, we were able
to successfully move Ruby from living in an unsafe, isolated
environment to a wonderful assisted living community. The setting
is very nurturing and it provides Ruby with outstanding therapeutic
benefits. She has adjusted very well and has already gained
20 pounds in 3 short months! We would have been lost without
you!"

My family and I would like to express our sincere appreciation
for the level of personal service you've shown to us recently
on behalf of my father, Manuel. Your ability to simplify and
explain complex medical insurance terms and procedures and also
your assistance and follow-up with his Medicaid application,
hospitalization, and nursing home transition was a great help
in relieving the anxiety and uncertainty associated with these
events. Thank you for a job well done."

Surrounded
by so much violence and greed in the media, it is easy to become
cynical about the nature of people and business. Yet when we
were frantic about the situation with our father, we found ourselves
so very fortunate to have learned of ParentCareUSA. Your expertise,
caring and genuine concern for our family is deeply appreciated.
Negotiating the discharge from the hospital and re-entry into
the Lafayette; the securing of CNA's for private duty; and the
invaluable guidance in finding a facility which could care for
Dad are testimony to the wonderful service you provide. And
beyond this wonderful service is the humane side of you Dan.
Communicating with us, no matter what the day or hour was so
very reassuring. We relied on you totally and were never disappointed.
Because of you Dan, Dad is doing great and our entire family
finds great comfort knowing that he is being given the very
best of care. Again, many, many thanks and our very best wishes
for your continued success."

I would like to thank you for your outstanding work in assisting
me in finding the nursing care facility most suitable for my
Mom's needs. I could not have done it alone. I remember calling
you in distress one Friday afternoon and asking for your help
after mom's nursing facility advised me that they could no longer
provide her with the care she needed. You said you could help
me quickly and you were true to your word. By the following
Tuesday, you provided me with a list of facilities that specialized
in handling patients with Mom's condition. You and Pat were
extremely responsive to my crisis. You made yourselves available
beyond work hours due to the severe time constraints imposed
on us. Your willingness to tackle the problem so quickly gave
me great relief! After having used your service, I would recommend
your firm wholeheartedly. I believe you provided outstanding
advice to us at a reasonable cost. Your knowledge and experience
led us to a great place for Mom in a geographical area I would
not have considered. Thanks again and good luck!"

Over the past five years, our family has struggled with thoughts
of having to place our mother in a nursing facility. We've watched
Dad take care of our mother every day, without ever complaining.
When Dad recently made the decision he could no longer give
her the care that needed to be given, we contacted you for your
help. Without hesitation, you offered your assistance to do
what ever needed to be done. Knowing that we did not realize
how involved the process is to apply for Medicaid, you stepped
right in, gave us a list of the documents that we needed, and
filled out the application with us. In less than a month you
arranged for comprehensive neuropsych testing to determine the
extent of Mom's Alzheimer's disease, you arranged her admission
to one of the area's best nursing facilities and you made sure
that the Medicaid application was approved as quickly as possible.
I truly do not believe we would have been able to get through
this caregiving situation so quickly and efficiently without
you. Not only as your client, but as a friend, we want to thank
you from the bottom of our hearts for the hope and light at
the end of the tunnel we so desperately needed."
