Over the past two years, eldercare professionals
in the east including Connecticut and New Jersey, have contracted
with ParentCareUSA to open offices in their communities.
We welcome dialog with eldercare professionals
in other states who would like to open their own geriatric care
management businesses. The relationship that we have with our
newest offices has allowed them to open their offices without
a substantial up-front cash investment. Other advantages of this
type of business relationship include permission to use the company
logo, marketing plan, printed materials, and online presence.
We also offer advice and consultation on an ongoing basis with
scheduled conference calls and meetings.
The contractual relationship with interested
parties is a joint venture relationship
and not a formal franchising agreement. ParentCareUSA partners
are able to launch their businesses much sooner as less time is
needed to develop the business plan as well as business infrastructure
and systems. Its essentially a "turnkey" approach
for replicating the ParentCareUSA business and client service
models. In return for these distinct advantages, ParentCareUSA
partners pay a small percentage of their annual business revenues.
